For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "777xk" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 777xk.app, including all associated services, software, games, and support functions operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered or is accessing a 777xk account for the purpose of gaming, betting, or any other service offered by the platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses all 777xk services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all 777xk account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "Wager" means any bet, game stake, or entry fee placed by a Player against real PKR balance on any game or event available through the 777xk platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposits, free bets, or free spins issued to a Player's account as part of a 777xk promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity verification process 777xk requires before processing withdrawals, which includes CNIC verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features available on 777xk including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By accessing the 777xk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without reservation.
2. You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. You are accessing 777xk voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
4. All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
5. You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose funds placed as wagers.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first login or account registration, whichever occurs earlier. Continued use of the 777xk platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 777xk, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 777xk enforces a strict 21+ policy across all game categories without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 777xk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777xk or any third-party responsible gaming body from which 777xk accepts exclusion nominations.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 777xk account. Each individual is permitted only one account at any time.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Each Player is responsible for the management and security of their own 777xk account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 777xk staff will never ask you for your password.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777xk support immediately via email at [email protected]. 777xk accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access.
• Account Accuracy: You are obligated to keep your registered contact details current and accurate. 777xk uses your registered mobile number and email for account security notifications, payment alerts, and correspondence.
• Two-Factor Authentication: 777xk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players who disable 2FA assume full responsibility for any resulting security vulnerabilities.
• Account Suspension: 777xk reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected fraud, underage gambling, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that 777xk determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 777xk support. Closure requests are subject to any pending withdrawal or wagering requirement obligations being resolved first.

All financial transactions on 777xk are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Approved Payment Methods: 777xk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. No other payment methods are currently supported.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 777xk wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, typically within standard banking processing windows.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are published on the 777xk platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check current thresholds before initiating a transaction.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification. KYC documentation includes a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed same-day where the request is submitted before the daily processing cut-off. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard business banking hours.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Method: 777xk requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Transaction Fees: 777xk does not charge players any platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 777xk accepts no responsibility.

777xk periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal conversion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds that expire unused are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per player account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 777xk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in active use will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Contribution rates are published on the promotions page of the 777xk platform.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on 777xk, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and all other game categories:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the 777xk system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that are interrupted by a connectivity failure before system confirmation are void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and per game type. Current limits are displayed within each game interface and on the platform's betting rules page.
• Odds and Prices: Odds for sports betting markets — including PSL and other cricket events — are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at acceptance are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach the stage required for settlement, as determined by the applicable sport's governing rules. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's real-money balance.
• Errors and Manifest Mistakes: 777xk reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures — regardless of whether settlement has already occurred.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets on cricket and other events are available during 777xk's designated live betting windows. In-play odds reflect real-time match conditions and are subject to rapid change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xk platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, any associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or knowingly permitting a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any third-party tool designed to interact with the 777xk platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical faults, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to 777xk immediately; failure to report constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit other players.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system underlying the 777xk platform.

777xk is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to support all 777xk players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that trigger a notification after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may activate a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which the account is restricted from gameplay and deposits.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777xk platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 777xk content without prior written authorisation from 777xk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 777xk account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777xk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the 777xk platform.

777xk makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the fitness of any game for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

777xk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the 777xk Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including CNIC details, contact information, and payment method data — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. 777xk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

777xk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 777xk will notify registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification, providing reasonable notice prior to the change taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 777xk platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 777xk holds its international gaming certification. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 777xk support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

Players agree that any claim or dispute must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period are permanently time-barred.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777xk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent immediate harm to the platform or its players.
